3. Third-Party Clinical Partners

When our triage engine indicates a potential match, we may facilitate an introduction to independent, external private clinics.

• Every clinic we introduce you to is independently registered and monitored by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and operates under its own clinical governance.
• Kalu does not control, supervise, or accept liability for the medical consultations, clinical decisions, prescriptions, or healthcare services provided by these external clinics.
• Any subsequent agreement, fee structure, appointment, or treatment plan you enter into is strictly a bilateral contract between you and that specific CQC-registered clinic.

By using our triage tool and platform, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
